Refund policy
At Lamoura Luxe, each piece is created in limited batches with intention and care. We hope you love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist.
1. Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging intact. (Returns will not be accepted if garments show signs of wear, including perfume, makeup, deodorant, tanning marks, stains, or alterations.)
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Online purchases cannot be returned at pop-ups or retail partners.
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@lamouraluxe.com with your order number and clear photographs. If approved, we will cover return shipping or provide a replacement at no additional cost.
2. Store Credit Policy
- Approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
- Store credit will be issued once your returned item has been received and approved.
- Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
3. How to Initiate a Return
All returns must be requested through our Returns Portal
You will be asked to provide:
• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return
• At least 2 clear images of the product
Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect. Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.
Returns are facilitated through Lamoura Luxe’s designated courier partners. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your issued store credit once the return has been received and approved.
The applicable return shipping fee will be communicated at the time of return approval.
5. Inspection Process
All returned items undergo a quality inspection upon arrival. If the item meets our return criteria, store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days. If the item does not meet return standards, it will be shipped back to you.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or style, please return your item and use your store credit to place a new order.
7. Order Cancellations
At Lamoura Luxe, each piece is prepared for dispatch promptly to ensure timely delivery.
For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
If you need to update your size, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@lamouraluxe.com. While changes cannot be guaranteed, our team will do their best to assist before dispatch.
8. Policy Updates
Lamoura Luxe reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page upon publication.
Purchasing from Lamoura Luxe signifies agreement to these terms.
